Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person opens multiple accounts — using the same device, IP address or payment method — mail reserves the right to close all such accounts and cancel any funds held in them. Keeping your account login details fully confidential is your own responsibility.

mail offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning you must wager the bonus amount a total of 25 times before withdrawing any winnings from it. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing you must complete ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers.

Each bonus offer has its own terms that must be read before claiming. mail runs various promotions including weekly reload gifts, slots festival bonuses and cricket deposit bonuses — separate wagering requirements apply to each.

• A bonus can only be claimed once — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may not count towards all games or markets — please check the applicable terms.
• mail reserves the right to cancel, modify or end any bonus, but the approved amount on an active bonus will not be affected.
• Misuse of bonus benefits (bonus arbitrage or attempts to manipulate the system) may result in cancellation of the bonus and account.

Rules for Betting and Gaming Activity

All gaming and betting services provided on mail are for entertainment purposes. Betting outcomes are entirely random — no outcome can be guaranteed and mail accepts no liability for any result.

If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical fault in the gaming software or a loss of connection, mail will decide whether to cancel or settle that bet. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed the bet is generally refunded — though the specific rules for each sport apply.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

mail may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registration using false information or identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system or attempts to manipulate it.
• Harassment or disrespectful behaviour towards other users or mail staff.
• Evidence of financial fraud or suspicious transactions.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (subject to conditions being met) may be returned. However, if the closure is due to a breach of terms, any funds earned from bonuses will be forfeited. A user may also voluntarily close their account — in that case they will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance first.
